Welcome to Chanova Design’s website. By accessing or using our site, services, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Chanova Design LLC provides interior design consultations, design services, and educational resources. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
2. Consultations & Bookings
All consultation fees are due in full at the time of booking. Fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of the fee. For more, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
3. Preferred Service Area & Travel
Clients located within our Preferred Service Area (approximately 10 miles from Sierra Madre, CA) incur no travel fees. Projects outside this area will be charged $65/hour for round-trip travel.
4. Use of Content
All content on this website—including designs, graphics, text, photos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Chanova Design LLC and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information and project details shared during consultations are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing design services.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of this site or services, including delays, miscommunications, or third-party vendor performance.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any external sites.
8. Modifications
Chanova Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
