
Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies specifically to the Chanova Consultation. For cancellations related to full-service design contracts, please refer to the terms outlined in your signed project agreement.
We understand that schedules may change. However, as a small studio, we reserve dedicated time for each consultation and prepare extensively in advance. Because of this, we kindly ask that all clients honor the following terms:
All consultation bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. You may reschedule one time without penalty, and your original payment will apply to the new appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your scheduled consultation, the full consultation fee will be forfeited.
If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance and choose not to reschedule, a $125 administrative fee will be deducted. The remainder of your consultation fee will not be refunded. However, if you choose to reschedule, the administrative fee will be waived.
