We serve clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area and offer in-person consultations with no additional travel fees within our Preferred Service Area. We also offer virtual consultations to clients nationwide and internationally.What is your typical timeline for delivery?
Timelines vary depending on project scope. Smaller design projects may take a few weeks, while larger renovations or full-service projects may span several months. After the initial consultation, we will provide a customized estimated timeline for your project.What is your design fee?
Design fees are tailored to the project’s scope and shared after the initial consultation. We offer both hourly and flat-fee options depending on what best suits your needs, with full transparency and no hidden charges.What do you mean by “mindful design”?
Mindful design means creating spaces with intention—spaces that support your lifestyle, enhance your well-being, and reflect your personal story. It goes beyond visual appeal to focus on how a space feels, functions, and nurtures your daily life.What if I don’t believe in Feng Shui?
No problem. Our approach to Feng Shui is completely optional. If it aligns with your interests, we integrate it thoughtfully. If not, we focus solely on functional, architectural, and aesthetic-driven solutions tailored to your preferences.What software do you use?
We use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Coohom, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed layouts, renderings, material boards, and presentation packages.Do you offer furnishing or styling services?
Yes. As part of our full-service projects, we offer curated furniture sourcing and styling services. We work with trusted trade partners and global vendors to create cohesive, intentional environments that reflect your lifestyle and vision.Do you offer virtual services?

What is the Chanova Consultation?
The Chanova Consultation is a focused 2-hour design session where we assess your space, review your goals, and provide expert guidance on layout, finishes, Feng Shui alignment (if desired), and overall design direction.Where does the consultation take place?
Consultations can take place in person at your project location, virtually via Zoom, or at our future Chanova Design Showroom (opening in 2026).Is the consultation required?
Yes. Every project—whether large or small—begins with the Chanova Consultation. It ensures we fully understand your needs, goals, and expectations before recommending the best approach forward.What will I walk away with?
You will leave with tailored design recommendations, layout and material suggestions, Feng Shui-based insights (if applicable), helpful sketches or notes, and a clear action plan—whether for DIY implementation or full-service engagement.How much does it cost?
The consultation fee is $500, non-refundable, and payable in full at the time of booking.Many designers offer free consultations—why is yours charged?
The Chanova Consultation is a highly focused working session—not a casual sales meeting. We deliver real, tailored value: expert advice, actionable strategies, and professional design recommendations. No sales pitch. Just strategy.Do you charge travel fees?
We do not charge travel fees for clients located within our Preferred Service Area. For projects outside of this area, a travel fee of $65 per hour (round trip) applies.Do I have to move forward with full-service design after the consultation?
No. There is no obligation to proceed with full-service design. You are welcome to use the insights from the consultation independently (DIY route) or choose to move forward into a full-service project if it feels like the right fit.What if my space is large and I need more than 2 hours?
If your project requires additional time beyond the standard 2-hour consultation, we are happy to extend the session at an hourly rate. Please let us know during booking so we can tailor your appointment accordingly.
